Financial Analyst II

Our client, a leading business services organization, is seeking a Bid & Proposal Pricing Analyst to join their team. As a Bid & Proposal Pricing Analyst, you will be part of the Proposal Management team supporting pricing, bid management, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bid & Proposal Pricing Analyst
Location: Overland Park, KS or Frisco, TX
Pay Range: $40/hr on W2 (Contract Position)

What's the Job?

• Conduct market research and analyze industry benchmarks, pricing trends, and service levels.
• Develop pricing and value proposition content for customer proposals.
• Build financial models supporting Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Utilize proposal automation tools and approved pricing content to support proposal submissions.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
