Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking an IT ERP Implementation Support (Expert) to join their team. As an IT ERP Implementation Support (Expert), you will be part of the ERP Support Department supporting the Supply Chain Planning & Manufacturing IT Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: IT ERP Implementation Support (Expert)
Location: St. Louis, MO. Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)
Pay Range: $85/hr w2
What's the Job?
- Configure, implement, maintain, and upgrade ERP application modules such as SAP APO/IBP, including planning, design, and testing.
- Analyze user requirements to determine system configuration and customization needs for supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Provide ongoing support for global planning and manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- Develop detailed documentation, including Functional Design Specifications, to support custom enhancements and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for process improvements using SAP functionalities.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 8 years hands-on SAP APO configuration experience (DP, SNP, PP/DS) or SAP IBP experience (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP).
- Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle APO and/or IBP implementations.
- Expertise in SAP APO functionalities such as statistical forecasting, heuristics/optimization, and detailed scheduling.
- Strong ability to analyze complex systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
