Research Associate Scientific III

Our client, a leading medical device and life sciences organization, is seeking a R&D Scientist / Research Associate to join their team. As an R&D Scientist / Research Associate, you will be part of the Research & Development Department supporting Product Development and Biomaterials Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Design and execute laboratory experiments with minimal supervision.
• Support biomaterial scale-up and transfer from laboratory research to manufacturing.
• Analyze experimental results and provide technical recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, QSR, safety, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external testing activities, documentation, and technical reporting.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 3-6 years of lab experience, or Master's degree with 1-2 years of experience.
• Experience working in GMP/QSR-regulated laboratory environments.
• Strong background in experimental design, method development, and validation.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and solve technical research challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
