Product Owner

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a Product Owner to join their dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will be an integral part of the Product Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Remote

Pay Range:$70 - $75/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Maintain active engagement with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and business goals to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and users to define and prioritize product features.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks for development teams.
• Communicate the product vision and benefits effectively to all relevant parties.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to mediate and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
