Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an ATM Network / System Engineer to join their dedicated team. As an ATM Network / System Engineer, you will be part of the Charlotte ATM Lab support team, contributing to the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of ATM systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: ATM Network / System Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC 28202 (100% Onsite job)

Position type: 12+ month with possibility of extension/Conversion 

Pay rate range $60 - $70/hr on W2

SCHEDULE: M-F (8 AM - 5PM EST)

Role is Full On-Site (non-negotiable)

What's the Job?

  • Support configuration, deployment, and maintenance of ATM hardware and software in the Charlotte ATM Lab.
  • Install, configure, and patch ATM software on both virtual and physical machines.
  • Prepare physical ATM hardware for testing, ensuring all devices are operational and configured for various test scenarios.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate repairs and troubleshooting with on-site technicians to ensure minimal downtime.

What's Needed?

  • Experience with software installation, configuration, and patching on Windows platforms.
  • Proficiency with software distribution tools such as SCCM.
  • Strong networking skills and scripting experience with PowerShell and Python.
  • Familiarity with ATM hardware and the Bank Horizon Platform is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of AI prompt engineering is a plus.
