Senior Database Modeler /Developer (Application Programmer III)

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Database Modeler /Developer (Application Programmer III) to join their team. As a Senior Database Modeler /Developer (Application Programmer III), you will be part of the Data Architecture Department supporting enterprise application development, data integration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Database Modeler /Developer 

Location: Pennington, NJ

Pay Range: $63-65/HR on W2

What's the Job?

• Design and maintain logical and physical data models to support enterprise applications.
• Develop high-performance database solutions ensuring data integrity, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, application developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Support data migration, ETL processes, and cloud-based database platforms.
• Contribute to enterprise data architecture initiatives and support application modernization efforts.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of database development experience with a focus on enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of data modeling experience using tools like ERwin, ER/Studio, or SQL Developer Data Modeler.
• Strong expertise in Oracle 12c/19c or higher, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
• Experience supporting cloud migration programs and working in Agile delivery environments.
