Senior Manager Solutions Architect

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Solutions Architect Manager to join their team. As a Senior Manager Solutions Architect, you will be part of the Solutions Development Department supporting multiple project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Solutions Architect Manager

Location: This position will sit onsite 4 days a week in South Park - Charlotte, NC. Preference is for local candidates.

Pay Range:$140,000 - $150,000

What's the Job?

• Lead, coach, and develop technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance to define product requirements and evaluate feasibility.
• Promote best practices, architecture patterns, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Communicate priorities, risks, and insights with leadership, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Design and roll out complex IT solutions throughout the full software development lifecycle.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in full-stack web development using technologies such as .Net, Node.js, SQL, and Git.
• Strong knowledge of computer science and information technology principles.
• Prior experience in architecture or as a lead developer.
• Ability to successfully complete technical assessments demonstrating expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
