Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Trading Floor Support Engineer to join their team. As a Trading Floor Support Engineer, you will be part of the Technology Support Department supporting trading operations and technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to support, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide hardware and software support for trading floor operations, ensuring seamless functionality of trading systems and infrastructure.
- Configure, install, and test hardware components, including deploying replacements and upgrades.
- Manage and troubleshoot end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, and virtual desktops, both remotely and onsite.
- Support and maintain infrastructure applications such as VDI, patch management, encryption, and anti-virus solutions.
- Utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow to document, track, and resolve support requests efficiently.
What's Needed?
- Experience supporting trading floor environments, with proficiency in Bloomberg systems required.
- 3-5 years of experience providing software and hardware support in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of Cisco technology, server management, and troubleshooting MS Office applications including MS Teams and Outlook.
- Experience with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop management, incident/request management, and data backup/recovery procedures.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
