Business Systems Analyst III

Our client, a leader in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst III, you will be part of the Enterprise Systems and Services, Talent & Deal Management Solutions team supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote

Pay Range:$127 hourly on w2

What's the Job?

• Assist the overall team and key stakeholders with tasks related to applications and business processes, including system migrations and process improvements.
• Serve as the functional project manager for a system migration from SAP to Salesforce, coordinating project plans and ensuring successful implementation.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by working directly with personnel from multiple business units such as Rights, Business Affairs, and Production finance teams.
• Develop and update support documentation, facilitate knowledge transfer, and optimize support models to improve business workflows.
• Participate in process re-engineering efforts, create architecture diagrams, and support system enhancements and integrations aligned with enterprise-wide strategies.

What's Needed?

• At least 4 years of experience in media, entertainment, or business development roles, with a focus on systems analysis or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years working with SAP Finance or Rights Management systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience developing data models using tools such as Visio, Lucid Charts, or Miro.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft Financials, Workday Financials, etc.) and SaaS, PaaS, or third-party applications.
