Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Sales Compensation to join their team. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Sales Compensation, you will be part of the Business Systems team supporting sales and finance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Senior Business Systems Analyst - Sales Compensation
Location:Hybrid or Remote (anywhere in the US)
Pay Range: $65-68/hr
What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and support the sales compensation platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payout calculations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and IT to optimize system performance and processes.
- Manage integrations with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, and Workday.
- Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting using SQL and other data analysis tools.
- Lead testing strategies and execution across various cycles, including UAT, to ensure system integrity and compliance.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Systems, or Compensation Systems analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Commissions / Callidus TrueComp or similar platforms like Xactly, Varicent, or CaptivateIQ.
- Proficiency with integrations involving Salesforce, Snowflake, Anaplan, or Workday.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and understanding of end-to-end sales compensation processes.
