Lab Technician

Our client, a Semiconductor and Computing Technology Organization, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Post-Silicon Lab Engineer, you will be part of the Hardware Validation and Characterization Team supporting CPU/GPU Performance Engineering and Silicon Validation teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent troubleshooting abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay-$32-$33/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Set up and maintain power and performance measurement platforms for CPU/GPU testing.
• Execute characterization, validation, and performance test plans while accurately documenting results.
• Perform hardware and system-level debugging activities.
• Support data center operations including racking, stacking, cabling, and server setup.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

What's Needed?

• 2-4 years of lab, hardware validation, or data center experience.
• Knowledge of PC architecture, operating systems, BIOS, drivers, and ACPI.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform hands-on hardware work and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
