Network Support Analyst

Our client is seeking a Network Support Analyst to join their team. As a Network Support Analyst you will be part of the Network Operations and Engineering department supporting enterprise-level network environments. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain network automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support, troubleshoot, and automate complex enterprise and carrier-grade network environments.
• Create automation solutions using scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Shell.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions utilizing tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network service delivery and automate routine tasks.

What's Needed?

• Experience supporting enterprise or service provider network environments.
• Deep knowledge of networking technologies and protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and SNMP.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting routing, switching, WAN, and MPLS environments.
• Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or Shell.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
