Our client, a leading organization in the technology and cloud services industry, is seeking an Cloud Demand & Capacity Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Cloud Demand & Capacity Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing demand intake, evaluation, and prioritization for internal cloud platform services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, capacity planning expertise, and financial management capabilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Cloud Demand & Capacity Manager

Locations: Plano, TX/ Charlotte, NC/ Chandler, AZ (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Manage end-to-end demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for internal cloud platform services.
  • Produce accurate demand forecasts and align demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints.
  • Own the demand management process, including intake criteria, reporting cadence, and process improvements.
  • Analyze intake requests, model capacity impacts, and maintain demand backlogs to support planning and governance.
  • Collaborate with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into actionable plans.

What's Needed?

  • 4-5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience modeling capacity constraints, utilization, and delivery tradeoffs.
  • Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.
  • Experience working with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into plans.
  • Additional skills such as Shannon - Offshore support are a plus.
