IT SOURCING LEAD

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking an IT Sourcing Lead to join their team. As an IT Sourcing Lead, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting the IT sourcing and vendor management functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT SOURCING LEAD

Location: On-site in NY/ NJ /  or Colorado; hybrid work schedule available

Pay Range: $60

What's the Job?

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for IT services and products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing needs and market opportunities
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and service levels
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with organizational policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize value and efficiency in sourcing activities

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in technology procurement, particularly with end-user Ariba systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with global managed service providers and negotiating contracts
