Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Windows Server Automation Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Windows Server Automation Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support Department supporting enterprise-wide server automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Develop and implement automated server build environments leveraging HashiCorp Packer and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Design, test, and deploy scalable solutions for Windows Server OS components and automation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transition solutions into operational support.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks using PowerShell, Ansible, and other DevOps tools.
  • Document technical solutions and provide ongoing support for automation initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • Extensive experience with Windows Server 2022/2025 and RedHat Linux environments.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Packer, Chocolatey, NuGet, and GIT.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools like Ansible.
