Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Systems Operations Engineer 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Systems Operations Engineer 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Platform supporting Service Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Manage and develop multiple business functional areas with a focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process improvements.
  • Identify technology execution opportunities and develop strategies for process enhancement and risk management.
  • Lead technology teams for assigned initiatives, ensuring solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for long-term organizational improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to secure resources, influence outcomes, and ensure alignment with organizational strategies and policies.

What's Needed?

  • 8+ years of Service Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
  • Detailed knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL, and ServiceDesk principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with senior leadership engagement.
