Java Backend Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Java Backend Developer to join their team. As a Java Backend Developer, you will be part of the software development department supporting innovative backend solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Java Backend Developer

Location: Jersy City, NJ
 

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement Kafka as Event Driven Technology to support real-time data processing.
• Drive backend acceleration strategies, including asynchronous processing and query optimization.
• Ensure high code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance backend systems.

What's Needed?

• 3 to 4 years of backend development experience with Java.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Proven expertise in API design, development, and documentation.
• Good experience with Kafka and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud platforms.
