Program Manager Tech 2

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Network Hardware Planning department supporting cross-functional teams involved in demand and supply planning, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 2
Location: Remote - PST based candidates only
Pay Range: $51/hr to $55/hr on W2
Contract Duration: Until 06/30/2027 (possibility of extension)

What's the Job?

• Support network hardware planning by generating weekly demand and supply reports for specific network devices.
• Analyze source data, identify discrepancies, and develop self-sustainable data validation processes to ensure report accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance tooling capabilities and develop dashboards for supply position and gap analysis.
• Drive continuous process improvements and partner with engineering teams to develop internal tools and insights.
• Maintain tracking and traceability of weekly changes in demand, supply, and supportability messaging to ensure alignment across teams.

What's Needed?

• 2-4 years of experience leveraging AI-enabled analytics tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI AI features, or similar to automate data validation and generate insights.
• Proficiency in MS-SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Experience in supply planning, operations, or related fields with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, operations, technology, or a related discipline.
