Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a QA Analyst to join their team. As a QA Analyst, you will be part of the Cyber Data Operations team supporting the development and maintenance of Cyber Data Dashboards and Cyber Data Warehouse systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing phases to ensure system reliability.
  • Document defects clearly and collaborate effectively with developers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements and keep test documentation up to date, participating actively in agile scrum calls.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes and tools, supporting the delivery of high-quality systems.

What's Needed?

  • 7-10 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or business systems analysis, preferably within financial services or banking sectors.
  • Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA; experience with Confluence is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile or Scrum frameworks, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze and scrub data effectively, with strong SQL skills including writing queries, joins, CTEs, and identifying data outliers.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to clearly report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
