Our client, a leader in the technology and quality assurance industry, is seeking a passionate and innovative AI + SQE Automation Engineer (NJ, NC) to join their dynamic team. As an AI + SQE Automation Engineer (NJ, NC), you will be an integral part of the Quality Engineering department supporting cutting-edge projects. Location: Jersey City, NJ or Charlotte, NC (Onsite Required)

What's the Job?
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, APIs, and technical specifications to develop comprehensive test strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Leverage AI tools to generate and optimize test cases, test data, automation scripts, and test documentation.
- Perform AI-assisted test impact analysis to identify affected applications, APIs, user stories, and regression scope.
- Build reusable automation assets and improve test execution efficiency through AI-assisted development.
What's Needed?
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, and API testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, along with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools including GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot for test automation and analysis.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python, and familiarity with SQL and data validation.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, API testing tools, and log analysis platforms.
