Sr. Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the Marketing Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, troubleshooting skills, agility, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Program Manager

Rate - $61/hr on W2

Location: On-site in Saint Louis (Please note this is a non-remote role)

What's the Job?

• Mobilize and lead teams for execution of strategic and tactical projects across multiple brands within the North American market.
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end project plans, aligning goals and integrating requirements to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Proactively manage risks and adapt to changes to keep projects on track.
• Engage key stakeholders and serve as an objective voice to facilitate clear communication and decision-making.
• Champion marketing operations frameworks, ensuring programs and responsibilities are executed consistently and effectively.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in project or program management within a CPG environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar systems.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, especially in data accuracy and management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
