Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services industry, is seeking a Product Analyst (Charlotte, Jacksonville, Richmond) to join their dynamic team. As a Product Analyst (Charlotte, Jacksonville, Richmond), you will be an integral part of the Business/Financial Analysis department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Product Analyst (Charlotte, Jacksonville, Richmond)

Location: Charlotte, NC or Jacksonville, FL or Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $53.56

What's the Job?

• Conduct reporting, metrics, and trend analysis to support business decision-making
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams to gather and communicate insights
• Translate technical information into clear, understandable language for diverse audiences
• Drive product adoption by identifying pain points and areas for improvement
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

What's Needed?

• Business or Financial Analyst background with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with reporting, metrics, and trend analysis
• Working knowledge of Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Foundational financial acumen and experience in product management or marketing within the IT space
