Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data & Analytics Analyst (Charlotte, Jersey City, Pennington) to join their dynamic team. As a Data & Analytics Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Application Production Services Engineering department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Data & Analytics Analyst (Charlotte, Jersey City, Pennington)

Location: Pennington, NJ; Jersey City, NJ; Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $65-$70/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Quantify and measure the overall effectiveness of the Engineering organizations within Application Production Services Engineering.
  • Collaborate with team members to collect, normalize, and analyze key performance metrics.
  • Create and publish comprehensive reports for senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Develop insights to optimize organizational processes and communicate findings effectively to leadership.
  • Support the evolution of reporting capabilities to enhance organizational efficiency and communication.

What's Needed?

  • At least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics or a Master’s/MBA equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce Tableau, and Python/Data modeling languages.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and presenting insights in a clear, consumable manner.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies in a fast-evolving business environment.
