Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team. As a Compliance Analyst, you will be part of the IT Control and Compliance Department supporting the Risk Management and Internal Audit teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Compliance Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite every week)

Pay Range: 45

What's the Job?

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on IT control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of the IT control framework, including reporting and dashboards.
  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Create and maintain IT control reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Analyze trends, metrics, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for IT control improvements.

What's Needed?

  • Knowledge of IT control frameworks relevant to industry such as ISO27000, GDPR, and NIST.
  • Experience with development and implementation of IT control frameworks.
  • Experience with control testing, risk assessment, and internal auditing practices.
  • Proficiency in IT control reporting and dashboarding tools, especially Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
