Senior CCM Developer

Our client, a leader in enterprise content management solutions, is seeking a dedicated Senior CCM Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior CCM Developer, you will be instrumental in supporting innovative document management projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to project challenges, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level content and document management solutions using OpenText xPression and Quadient Inspire platforms.
• Design, configure, and optimize document templates, workflows, and system integrations to ensure seamless document generation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to document workflows, batch processing, and system integrations to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement best practices for document management and system performance improvements.
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance to ensure project requirements are met effectively.

What's Needed?

• Extensive hands-on experience with OpenText xPression suite, including xAdmin, xDesign, xDashboard, xRevise, xEditor, and xFramework.
• Strong expertise in document design, template development, XML, XSD, XSLT configurations, and document migration.
• Proficiency in integrating xPression with .NET applications and services for enterprise document generation.
• Experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler workflows, and Interactive components, including API integrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across document workflows, data mappings, and system integrations, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
