Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the internal creative resource team supporting marketing and creative initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Project Manager

Location:Saint Louis, MO Monday - Thursday Onsite/Friday - Remote

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage full-cycle projects from inception to completion across multiple media types
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success
• Develop and communicate comprehensive project schedules and work plans
• Maintain detailed status reports and lead regular status meetings
• Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize project workflows

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• At least 3 years of professional experience, including 1+ year in project management within creative or marketing environments
• Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, or Monday.com
• Knowledge of omni-channel production including digital, print, video, and packaging
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
