As a Card Access Specialist, you will be an integral part of the security operations team supporting badge issuance and physical access management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of security and confidentiality, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Process, print, and prepare employee access badges efficiently and accurately.
• Review badge requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Operate badge printing equipment and related systems to produce high-quality credentials.
• Record badge serial numbers and verify printed badge details against system records.
• Support daily badge production queues and handle time-sensitive requests with professionalism.

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently.
• Experience working with access control, badge management, or security operations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems, spreadsheets, email, and office tools.
• Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks accurately.
