Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Network Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Network Administrator, you will be an integral part of the IT Infrastructure & Network Engineering department supporting the enterprise network environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to network management, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

Job Title: Network Administrator

Location: San Jose, California - Onsite

Pay Range: 65-70/hr. W2

What's the Job?

  • Design, deploy, and support enterprise, campus, data center, and WAN network infrastructure.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing.
  • Support network technologies such as routing, switching, wireless, network security, DNS, DHCP, and load balancing.
  • Perform onsite troubleshooting of network, server, and application connectivity issues.
  • Lead network upgrades, hardware refreshes, migrations, and infrastructure expansion projects.

What's Needed?

  • 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise routing and switching technologies.
  • Experience supporting medium to large-scale enterprise and data center environments.
  • Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts.
  • Experience with routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
