Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Product Manager (Charlotte) to join their dynamic team. As a Product Manager (Charlotte), you will be an integral part of the Development and Technology Support departments supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: 60 - 61/hr

What's the Job?

  • Lead the solution design and implementation of enterprise technical standards and common services across multiple business lines.
  • Unify and manage several programs within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including source code management, continuous integration, and release orchestration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with product priorities and delivery goals.
  • Navigate through governance, risk, legal, and compliance reviews to ensure responsible delivery of solutions.
  • Communicate key updates regularly to stakeholders and support financial management throughout project delivery.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in product management within a technology or financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, architecture, and design standards.
  • Ability to develop frameworks for solving complex problems and foresee future challenges.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of automation, continuous delivery practices, and data management technologies is a plus.
