Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Business Execution team supporting strategic automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Act as a liaison between business lines and technology partners to facilitate complex automation solutions.
• Support the alignment of Intelligent Automation (IA) needs with business and technology strategies.
• Develop automation analysis and design methodologies, ensuring rapid implementation aligned with enterprise standards.
• Work directly with subject matter experts to understand business processes and translate them into clear user stories.
• Support automation testing, facilitate user acceptance testing, and conduct product demonstrations.

What's Needed?

• Strong understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms.
• Experience leading and collaborating with engineering teams on AI workflows using platforms like LangChain, Google Agent Space, or MS CoPilot Studio.
• Familiarity with deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and enterprise software development processes.
