What's the Job?
- Partner with business stakeholders to uncover high-impact opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvement.
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements discussions to understand workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes—then define measurable success criteria and KPIs.
- Design and deliver AI-powered solutions such as copilots, intelligent agents, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) applications, and workflow automations.
- Build and integrate solutions using modern engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD, monitoring) while maintaining strong security standards.
- Own initiatives from concept through production deployment, adoption support, ongoing optimization, and enhancement based on operational insights.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 5 to 8 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, data engineering, automation, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong development skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or similar programming languages.
- Practical experience with modern AI concepts including large language models, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG architectures, model evaluation, and automation frameworks.
