Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a TIBCO Developer to join their team. As a TIBCO Developer, you will be part of the Integration Support Department supporting enterprise integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BW 6.x/10.x and TIBCO EMS.
  • Create and maintain APIs utilizing platforms such as Layer7 or Apigee to ensure seamless system communication.
  • Analyze business requirements, perform impact assessments, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement application enhancements to improve system performance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and operations teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software development or related field.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BW (6.x/10.x) and TIBCO EMS.
  • Proficiency in API Gateway technologies such as Layer7 or Apigee.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP services, XML/XSD, JSON, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and mTLS security protocols to ensure secure integrations.
