Our client, a leader in the technology and communications industry, is seeking an AV Support Technician to join their team. As an AV Support Technician, you will be part of the technical support department supporting video conferencing environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide onsite technical support for video and audio conferencing issues.
- Assist customers in scheduling and launching video conference calls.
- Support high-level events, track incidents, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Install, configure, and support video conferencing equipment including Poly, Cisco, Logitech, or Neat devices.
- Maintain detailed support and process documentation to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
What's Needed?
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting Audio-Visual and/or IT systems, especially with video conferencing products.
- Knowledge of protocols such as H.320, H.323, and SIP.
- Experience with Zoom, Teams, or similar conferencing platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
