Agile Scrum Master

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join their team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be part of the Global Financial Crimes support team supporting feature delivery and enterprise agile transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Agile Scrum Master

Location: Plano, TX

Pay Range: 68-78

What's the Job?

• Oversee the delivery and execution of feature delivery teams within the Global Financial Crimes space.
• Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity and self-organization.
• Facilitate communication, conflict resolution, and support the removal of impediments.
• Support enterprise change requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive cross-portfolio scaling initiatives to improve collaboration and visibility across teams.

What's Needed?

• Knowledge and exposure to agile practices and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, including facilitation and conflict resolution.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address delivery challenges.
• Ability to support and promote a collaborative team environment.
• Experience working with offshore support teams is a plus.
