Our client, a leader in technology resilience and operational excellence, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Technology Resilience team supporting strategic initiatives, recovery testing, incident management, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 25-30

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate technology resilience, disaster recovery, and recovery testing initiatives across various technical teams.
  • Track program milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
  • Participate in technical meetings involving infrastructure, cloud, application, and cybersecurity teams.
  • Create executive-ready presentations and reports to communicate resilience initiatives and incident reviews.
  • Support process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements within the organization.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical project coordination, infrastructure support, or technology operations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments including servers, databases, networking, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.
