Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Project and Program Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to independently drive projects, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager Tech 2
Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid - 2-3 days/week onsite)
Pay Range: $56/hr to $59/hr on W2
What's the Job?
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, launch timelines, and readiness checklists across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on launch goals, deliverables, and operational readiness.
- Track and communicate program status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to leadership and partners.
- Support release planning, launch execution, adoption initiatives, and lifecycle management activities.
- Create executive-ready presentations, status reports, dashboards, and business updates to facilitate decision-making.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience supporting complex technology programs.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating and maintaining project plans, status reporting, and executive communications.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
