Flexera One Administrator (Contract)

Our client, a leading technology and enterprise services organization, is seeking a Flexera One Administrator to join their team. As a Flexera One Administrator, you will be part of the IT Asset Management team supporting enterprise infrastructure, software asset management, and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Flexera One Administrator (Contract)

Pay Range: $80/hr

What’s the Job?

• Serve as the primary administrator and platform owner for the Flexera One environment.
• Monitor platform performance, resolve technical issues, and maintain data integrity.
• Manage Flexera integrations with ServiceNow, Active Directory, and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct software license reconciliation, compliance reporting, and audit preparation.
• Create reports and dashboards while supporting software optimization initiatives.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Flexera One administration experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Active Directory, SQL Server, and software licensing concepts.
• Understanding of networking, virtualization technologies, cloud environments, and RBAC administration.
