Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking a Digital Analytics professional to join their team. As a Digital Analytics specialist, you will be part of the Data & Customer Insights department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Perform deep-dive analysis of web and mobile clickstream datasets using Adobe Analytics to identify customer friction points and conversion opportunities.
- Design, build, and maintain highly interactive dashboards, reports, and custom visualizations in Adobe Analysis Workspace.
- Conduct conversion funnel, fallout, flow, attribution, and customer journey analyses to optimize the end-to-end digital experience.
- Establish robust digital KPIs, custom segments, and calculated metrics aligned with corporate goals.
- Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale, unstructured web behavior data, connecting digital clickstream records with enterprise databases to create comprehensive customer journey insights.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer journey analytics, preferably within the insurance sector.
- BA/BS Degree preferred.
- Hands-on experience working with cloud-based data environments such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques like forecasting, propensity modeling, or digital personalization engines.
- Certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Analytics are highly desirable.
