UI/UX Technical Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a UI/UX Technical Lead to join their team. As a UI/UX Technical Lead, you will be part of the IT Strategy department supporting innovative development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: UI/UX Technical Lead

Location: Milwaukee, WI

What's the Job?

• Evaluate current technical architecture and infrastructure readiness for future development.
• Design and develop future-state blueprints for development tools and ecosystems.
• Conduct architecture design and technical stack auditing to ensure optimal performance.
• Optimize developer tooling and assess AI assistance capabilities.
• Create baseline audits of current technology stacks and develop target-state blueprints.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in architecture design and technical stack auditing.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and teams.
• Willingness to travel to onsite locations as required by the project.
