UX/UI Lead

Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a UI/UX Lead to join their team. As a UI/UX Lead, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting enterprise-scale initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: UI/UX Lead

Location: Milwaukee, WI

What's the Job?

• Lead UX strategy, user research, and design thinking workshops across enterprise technology solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, and development teams to create intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Design end-to-end user experiences that drive adoption and deliver measurable business value.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by implementing modern design tools and methodologies.
• Ensure accessibility standards and design systems are integrated into all projects.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of UI/UX experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Expertise in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Proficiency with Figma and other modern design tools.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems.
