Enterprise Solutions Architect

Our client is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to join their team. As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will be part of the Architecture Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Architect

Location: Cincinnati, OH / Hybrid

What's the Job?

• Partner closely with the Chief Architect and architecture team to plan and execute enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of PGIM-specific reference architectures, design patterns, and standards for cloud and data platforms.
• Support architecture strategy alignment between affiliates and the central CTO Enterprise Architecture function.
• Design and support application modernization efforts leveraging Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform technologies.
• Bring technical depth to the AI capabilities, shaping enterprise guidance on responsible AI adoption and reusable AI components.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience, preferably within financial services or asset management.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, data platforms, and AI/agentic platforms.
• Experience operationalizing Architecture Centers of Excellence or similar cross-organizational architecture forums.
• Strong written communication skills with a portfolio of reference architectures and technical guidance documents.
• Ability to engage effectively with both executive and engineering audiences, adjusting communication style accordingly.
