Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare technology sector, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the Epic Product Management team supporting business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong Epic expertise, stakeholder collaboration skills, and a strategic mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: REMOTE

Pay Range: $80/hr w2 - $85/hr w2 (Depends on experience)

The biggest requirement for this role is experience with Epic, specifically the Cheers/CRM and/or MyChart modules.

What's the Job?

  • Partner with Customer Care stakeholders and Epic delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions within the Epic EMR system.
  • Lead business requirement gathering, analyze problem spaces, and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Verify that development work meets stakeholder requirements and aligns with the product vision.
  • Own the product roadmap, backlog, and initiatives from intake through implementation and delivery.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business partners and technical teams, bringing Epic and Agile expertise to shape solutions and drive execution.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Epic modules, specifically Cheers/CRM and/or MyChart.
  • Experience in product management, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Confluence and Jira is a plus.
  • Possession of a relevant Epic certification or education, with recent certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
