Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data privacy sector, is seeking a OneTrust Solutions Architect to join their team. As a OneTrust Solutions Architect, you will be part of the Privacy and Compliance Department supporting enterprise-wide privacy initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Architect, implement, and manage enterprise-wide privacy and consent management solutions leveraging the OneTrust platform.
  • Design and configure OneTrust modules including Cookie Consent, Privacy Rights Automation, Data Mapping, and Data Discovery.
  • Develop enterprise privacy architecture and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead privacy impact assessments, risk evaluations, and ensure compliance with global privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and others.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technical teams to develop policies, standards, and operational models supporting privacy initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in Privacy, Data Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience implementing and managing OneTrust solutions.
  • Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, LGPD, and other global privacy regulations.
  • Mandatory certification: Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) from IAPP.
