Trader Voice & Recording Platform Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Trader Voice & Recording Platform Engineer to join their team. As a Trader Voice & Recording Platform Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting critical trader voice environments and regulatory call recording infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Maintain and support voice recording platforms and infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence.
• Lead platform upgrades, lifecycle management, and modernization initiatives.
• Perform vulnerability remediation, patch management, and system health monitoring.
• Support migrations and strategic platform initiatives, including cloud and data center transitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regulatory compliance and infrastructure enhancements.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience with NICE Trader Recording (NTR) or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC).
• Experience with platform migration, modernization, and cloud infrastructure (on-prem to cloud).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, virtualization (VMware, Hyper V), and security practices.
• Familiarity with voice recording platforms such as Proteus, Continuity Replay, or Vodafone.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in regulated financial environments.
