Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, focusing on process improvement, product introduction, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$57.75
What's the Job?
- Lead the introduction of new products into the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth transition and integration.
- Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and profitability, focusing on labor and material costs.
- Identify, reduce, and eliminate ergonomic and safety risks to promote a healthy work environment.
- Provide timely technical support across manufacturing areas to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Lead strategic projects related to process, product, or corporate change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
What's Needed?
- Possession of a 4-year technical degree or equivalent education in a related field.
- Strong analysis skills with knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.
- Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills, along with project management and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially advanced Excel and Access.
- Experience evaluating manufacturing processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
