Our client, a leading organization in the technology and software development sector, is seeking an AI + SQE Automation Architect (TX, NC) to join their innovative team. As an AI + SQE Automation Architect (TX, NC), you will be part of the Quality Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Define and maintain enterprise Quality Engineering architecture strategy, standards, and technology roadmap.
  • Design scalable automation frameworks supporting UI, API, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.
  • Develop AI-enabled quality engineering capabilities to accelerate test design, defect prediction, and quality insights.
  • Establish architecture patterns for AI-assisted test impact analysis and application dependency mapping.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards and best practices.

What's Needed?

  • Deep expertise in quality engineering architecture, test automation frameworks, and application integration patterns.
  • Proficiency with AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging AI-powered testing solutions.
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python, and data validation techniques.
  • Ability to lead architectural reviews, establish governance models, and mentor engineering teams.
