Our client is seeking a Consumer Data Analyst to join their team. As a Consumer Data Analyst, you will be part of the research and analytics department supporting product development and consumer insights teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Assist in conducting consumer research studies of skincare products.
- Manage databasing, data structuring, and reporting tasks to support research initiatives.
- Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure smooth study execution and data collection.
- Develop survey questionnaires and study design methodologies to gather meaningful insights.
- Analyze statistical data, interpret results, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
What's Needed?
- Experience in databasing, data structuring, and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and statistical analysis tools such as Sigma Plot or SIMS.
- Background or interest in cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products is a plus.
