Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Platform Administrator to join their team. As a Platform Administrator, you will be part of the Technology Support Department supporting Social Media, Customer Care, and Engagement functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Administer and configure the Sprinklr platform, including user access, roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and automation rules to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Sprinklr solutions across social media, customer care, and engagement functions.
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with Sprinklr support to ensure optimal system availability.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to track KPIs, measure platform adoption, and provide actionable business insights.
  • Establish platform governance, maintain documentation, conduct user training, and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and organizational standards.

What's Needed?

  • Experience administering and configuring enterprise social media platforms, particularly Sprinklr.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent documentation and training skills.
  • Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance standards related to social media platforms.
