Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Specialist 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Quantitative Analytics Specialist 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Contingent Solutions department supporting Counterparty Credit Risk Modeling. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Develop, enhance, and maintain counterparty credit risk models supporting cross-margin methodologies.
- Derive analytical formulas, validate modeling assumptions, and identify gaps in existing implementations.
- Improve or replace legacy methodologies using modern stochastic and capital markets modeling techniques.
- Support modeling efforts across complex financial products such as equity swaps, metals derivatives, energy derivatives, and convertible bonds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including model owners, business stakeholders, technology teams, auditors, and project managers.
What's Needed?
- Expertise in Python programming for developing and maintaining quantitative libraries and frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Deep understanding of cross-margining concepts within prime brokerage and derivatives environments.
- Ability to derive mathematical formulas and implement them programmatically.
- Experience with stochastic modeling, probability theory, and quantitative finance principles.
