We are seeking a Application Engineering Services (AES) Manager/Lead or DevSecOps & Engineering  to join our team.

This job is essentially an Application Engineering Services (AES) Manager/Lead or DevSecOps & Engineering Governance Consultant role.
The person/team would be responsible for creating and running the central engineering function that governs how applications are built, deployed, secured, monitored, and maintained across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and enforce SDLC standards and processes
  • Manage application environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
  • Own CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
  • Establish engineering governance and compliance controls
  • Drive vulnerability remediation and non-permitted technology removal
  • Implement application monitoring and reliability practices
  • Standardize development tools and engineering platforms
  • Partner with Security, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Application teams
  • Create engineering metrics, scorecards, and reporting
